Individual Therapy

Telehealth

Don’t want to drive during rush hour? Not a problem. Just carve out an hour in your day in a private space and get the support you need.
EMDR
EMDR is a type of therapy designed to heal trauma. Whether the trauma and the current issue you are experiencing appear to have a connection or not, traumatic experiences change how we act in relationships and in day-to-day life. They cause irritability, angry outbursts, the desire to withdraw, and negative coping (e.g. drinking more or excessive phone use). Clients who experience EMDR often have more patience for others and themselves, find it easier to open up and are able to trust their partners. The feeling of having a “short fuse” is gone.
