FAQ

  • Consultations are available both in-person and online—whichever works best for you. Come into the office and get a feel for the space or hop on a secure video call from wherever you are.

  • The consultation is a chance for us to talk about what’s going on and what you’re looking for support with. I’ll ask a few questions about what’s been happening and answer anything you want to know. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we can talk about next steps.

  • You can schedule a free 20-minute consultation here. I’ll respond within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) to confirm and share next steps.

  • Therapy sessions are available both in-person and online—and many clients choose a mix. Some meet in person one week and online the next. You can decide what fits your life best.

  • The best way to get started is with a free consultation. But if you’re ready to dive in, you’re welcome to schedule your first full session here.

  • Appointments are available Monday through Thursday between 10 AM and 5 PM Central Time.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Each session is $250.

  • You can pay using a debit or credit card, or through HSA, HRA, or FSA accounts if you have one. Many clients use pre-tax health savings to cover the cost of therapy.

  • I’m an out-of-network provider, which means you can use your out-of-network benefits. Many clients are able to get reimbursed directly from their insurance after submitting a Superbill.

  • Just call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

    • What’s my out-of-network deductible?

    • How much of it has been met?

    • What percentage will be reimbursed after I meet it?

After each session, you’ll receive a Superbill. Submit it to your insurance company—and once your deductible is met, you’ll get reimbursed directly. Some providers even offer direct deposit.

  • A Superbill is a detailed receipt for therapy services. If you have out-of-network benefits, you can submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I send Superbills automatically each month for clients who request them.
