HOW DOES THIS WORK?


A big part of my work draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly researched approach developed for couples that helps uncover the negative cycle driving conflict and disconnection. 

I use EFT principles in one-on-one therapy to help you map out the unconscious patterns that keep you and your partner stuck—but more importantly, we’ll identify the emotional triggers and specific story underneath side of the cycle.

That’s where real change starts and where individualized support makes all the difference.
